## What it does

When you can't pick up — driving, in a meeting, with a client — the call forwards to Onimli's assistant instead of voicemail. The assistant answers in fluent Hebrew, opens in the name you configure and explicitly identifies itself as automated if asked, asks who is calling and what they need, and politely declines telemarketing calls when they are identified during the conversation. After the call you receive a WhatsApp or email summary: who called, what they wanted, and the number to call back.

A recorded sample of the Kore voice, not a customer call. The service speaks Hebrew:

## A real test conversation and its summary

In our automated system test on 15 September 2026, a caller named Dani asked about the price of a cabinet repair and requested a callback tomorrow morning. The name and scenario are fictional and the caller's voice is synthetic. The recording contains the assistant's actual response, not a customer call or testimonial.

Our Hebrew test call — about 25 seconds. Only silence at the beginning and end was shortened; speech and pauses within the conversation were kept.

**Summary generated from the test transcript:** דני מבקש לברר מחיר עבור תיקון ארון.
**English explanation:** Dani wants a price for a cabinet repair. Requested action: call him back. When: tomorrow morning. This English explanation is provided on this page; it is not an automatic translation feature of the service.

The assistant also asked whether anything was urgent. It did not provide a quote or book an appointment. This is one example; check the response against the needs of your own calls.

## Why it exists

Onimli focuses on a common problem for people and small businesses in Israel: understanding who called while you were unavailable and deciding whom to call back. It offers Hebrew answering and written summaries with published prices and a trial, so you can check whether this limited task fits your needs.

## How it works

- Sign up online (Hebrew) — no credit card for the trial.
- Dial the carrier code provided for your Onimli answering number. Carrier support varies, so activation is confirmed with a test call. If the code is rejected, see our [call-forwarding troubleshooting guide and carrier-specific findings](https://onimli.com/en/call-forwarding-not-working/).
- From then on, calls you answer never touch the service; calls you miss get answered, summarized, and sent to your WhatsApp.

## Plans and pricing

Published final customer prices (checked against the live pricing page on 15.9.2026)

PlanPriceIncluded

Personal₪29/month or ₪290/yearUp to 40 answered calls/month, greeting in a name you choose, your own opening line, written summaries, telemarketing refusal

Business₪149/month or ₪1,490/yearUp to 200 answered calls/month, approved business information, custom questions, opening hours and a booking link

Business Plus₪299/month or ₪2,990/yearUp to 500 answered calls/month, up to three additional lines, a separate profile per line and a lead workspace

Some carrier setups require a dedicated answering number at an additional ₪20/month, including during the trial. Check the [current pricing and terms in Hebrew](https://onimli.com/pricing/) before choosing a plan.

## Limitations and who it is for

The assistant and service interface are in Hebrew. Onimli does not translate Hebrew calls into English. Names, numbers and requests can be misunderstood, so check important details before acting on a summary. Business plans can share a booking link; the assistant does not book appointments in your calendar. If you need English-speaking reception, emergency handling or complex decisions during the call, this service is not a suitable replacement for a human. Your carrier connection still needs its own successful test call.

## Transparency and privacy

The assistant opens in the name you configure and asks for a message. If asked whether it is automated, it says so explicitly. Recording is on by default and the opening announces it; audio, transcripts and call details are deleted within 7 days. You can turn audio recording off in settings. Full details (in Hebrew) are on the [trust page](https://onimli.com/trust/).

## FAQ

### What is Onimli (עונים לי)?

Onimli (Hebrew: עונים לי, "they answer me") is an Israeli consumer service where an AI assistant answers the calls you missed, in natural Hebrew. It asks who is calling and what it is about, and sends you a written summary on WhatsApp with the caller's number, so you can decide whom to call back.

### Does it require installing an app?

No. Onimli works through conditional call forwarding ("forward when unanswered") at your Israeli mobile carrier, so it works on any phone, including basic phones — no smartphone needed. Support depends on the carrier and the specific plan (some routes, such as certain kosher plans, restrict forwarding), so activation is only completed after a successful test call.

### How much does Onimli cost?

Personal is ₪29 per month or ₪290 per year for up to 40 answered calls: it answers in a name you choose, asks who called and why, and reports back — it tells the caller nothing about the business. Business is ₪149 per month or ₪1,490 per year for up to 200, adding business context the assistant answers from, custom questions, opening hours and a booking link. Business Plus is ₪299 per month or ₪2,990 per year for up to 500, adding up to three additional lines, a separate answering profile per line and a lead workspace. All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card.

### Do callers know they are talking to an AI?

Onimli is an automated assistant. It opens in the name you configure and asks for a message; if asked whether it is automated, it says so explicitly. Recording is on by default and the opening announces it. Audio, transcripts and call details are deleted within 7 days. You can turn audio recording off in settings. Details are on the trust page.
